A firm favourite of ours, that always delivers on value and flavour from vintage to vintage. This organically grown blend of Trebbiano, Passerina and Pecorino ticks all our boxes. Bone dry, carefully made and brimming with amazing notes of crisp apple, lychee, pear and a faint whiff of honey on the finish. Delicious. 

The name Ciu Ciu is exactly as it sounds; Choo Choo! It's an affectionate reference to the families great-grandfather who worked for the local railway company for many years. In such a beautifully remote area of Italy, the railway was very important to the winery and its local community. Hence they wanted to pay tribute to it.
